Yuvraj Singh Thapa represents the next generation of leadership within KINIKH Group — entrepreneurial, technology-led, design-aware and deeply involved in execution. As Founder of KINIKH Technologies and Group Head for Technology, Digital Systems & Innovation, he is responsible for building the digital foundation that supports the Group's ventures, brands and future growth.

His role extends beyond conventional website development. He works at the intersection of technology, operations and brand experience, translating business requirements into systems that are practical, scalable and aligned with the identity of each venture.

Yuvraj began building practical experience across online commerce and digital operations, managing websites, product structures, content assets and coordination between technical teams and on-ground operations.

This exposure gave him an early understanding of how technology performs in real business environments — not only as code or design, but as a working system connected to customers, teams, fulfilment and everyday execution.

As Founder and Project Lead of EvolKun, he developed and led a digital solutions studio delivering web platforms, branding support and system-based solutions. He managed cross-functional teams of developers, designers and content specialists, introduced structured client onboarding, and led projects from requirement discovery through final delivery.

This experience shaped an approach to leadership that is organised but adaptable, collaborative but accountable, and consistently focused on execution efficiency.

His project portfolio includes scalable web experiences, e-commerce platforms, user interfaces, dashboard systems, social media growth, creative production and AI-led workflow concepts.

Projects such as the India 360 virtual experience platform reflect his ability to work beyond standard websites with dynamic content, backend-driven structures and immersive digital experiences. His work on AI automation has also involved defining system logic, user flows and architecture for automated onboarding and decision processes.

Yuvraj's technical working knowledge includes React.js, Next.js, WordPress, Tailwind CSS, API integration, UI/UX design, prototyping, AI automation and digital analytics.

Equally important is his ability to coordinate people and align technology with business intent. He works across founders, business heads, developers, designers and operational teams to help projects move from ideas to usable outcomes.

Within KINIKH Technologies, he guides EvolKun and BrandWorks as distinct but complementary brands. EvolKun focuses on technology, digital products, automation and new-age systems, while BrandWorks supports wider brand, media and digital execution requirements.

Across KINIKH Group, he oversees digital platforms, website architecture, technology coordination, workflow automation, systems planning and digital product thinking. His mandate is to make technology an active driver of efficiency, brand relevance, customer experience and enterprise value.
